Top WWE star “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles took to his official Twitter (X) account to respond to a rumor from the fans that he dislikes it when other wrestlers use his Styles Clash finisher. This comes after “The Aerial Assassin” Will Ospreay hit new AEW International Champion MJF with the Styles Clash on the apron, then later hit a top rope Styles Clash on The Salt Of The Earth in an epic 59-minute matchup during this past Wednesday night’s 250th episode of Dynamite.
Styles wrote, “Why do you think it bothers me that someone else is doing my move? We all do it. Its wrestling! I think if nothing else, it shows appreciation.”
Ospreay is not the only wrestler to use the Styles Clash finisher. NJPW President Hiroshi Tanahashi and Michin, along with several other wrestlers, have also used the move.
When another fan tried to argue with Styles, the WWE star responded with a finisher that a number of wrestlers have used.
