Mike Santana returned to AEW Dynamite this week after being away for over a year. He reunited with Ortiz.
After the Fenix vs. Jon Moxley match, there was a big brawl, and Wheeler Yuta took out Rey Fenix with a crowbar to the head. After the commercial break, Fenix was seen being loaded onto an ambulance by medical personnel.
The real reason for this was to remove Fenix from TV because he was unable to obtain a visa in time to fly to London for ALL IN LONDON this Sunday. Fenix was supposed to compete in the Stadium Stampede match. The visa issue was first reported by Fightul Select.
