AEW star Boulder (Thomas Wansaw) was arrested in Florida on January 13 due to him being charged with battery by strangulation. However, the alleged victim has formally requested that the prosecutors drop the charges.
The alleged victim signed a statement dated January 15 but entered into the court records on February 28. The statement reads, “I am, by the execution of this document, advising the State Attorney’s Office, Orange County, Florida that I do not desire the case to be prosecuted further, and request the charges be dismissed.”
As of this writing, Boulder has not made any public statements about the situation, but after he was arrested, AEW quietly released him from his deal.
