The Blackpool Combat Club has two new trademark applications from AEW.
The name “Blackpool Combat Club” and the group’s logo were filed on July 20 by AEW. Both terms are provided for merchandise and entertainment.
Wheeler Yuta, Claudio Castagnoli, Bryan Danielson, and Jon Moxley are members of the faction. William Regal is in charge of the faction. The descriptions are as follows:
“The mark consists of the word “BLACKPOOL” above the words “COMBAT CLUB,” with the words “COMBAT CLUB” displayed within brackets, and all of which is displayed in a stylized font.
Mark For: BLACKPOOL COMBAT CLUB trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of beanies; Hats; Hoodies; Shirts; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts; T-shirts.
Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a group or individual wrestlers; Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a group or individual wrestlers; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer”
While Wheeler holds the Ring of Honor Pure Championship and Castagnoli recently captured the ROH World Championship at Death Before Dishonor, Moxley serves as the interim AEW World Champion. On Wednesday’s Dynamite, Danielson will make his his return to action.
