AEW Dark Results – December 20, 2022
Kenny Omega vs. Hagane Shinno
Match starts off with a lock up before they exchange submissions before Kenny Omega delivers a shoulder tackle and steps over him. Omega offers his hand to Hagane Shinno & Shinno looks to accept it but Omega moves it out of the way and pushes him. Shinno delivers a pair of kicks to Omega’s shoulder, then follows it up with a dropkick. Omega rolls out of the way and Shinno follows. He looks for a diving hurricanrana off the stage but Omega counters with a powerbomb on the stage before tossing him back in the ring.
Omega delivers a Buckle Bomb, then plants him. He tosses Shinno to the outside, then throws him into the barricade and the apron. He gets him back in the ring then delivers a bodyslam. They exchange elbow strikes before Shinno gains the upper hand and delivers a series of kicks. Omega fires back with a flying back elbow but Shinno manages to deliver a DDT. He tosses Omega to the outside, then delivers the Asai moonsault and gets him back in the ring. He hits a missile dropkick but Omega fires back with a back elbow.
They teeter on the top rope before Omega delivers a superplex and goes for a pin. Shinno kicks out and delivers a roundhouse kick to Omega’s head. He follows it up with a snap suplex, then goes for a pin but Omega kicks out. Shinno delivers several kicks to Omega’s face, but Omega fires back with a snap dragon suplex. He follows it up with a lariat and a V Trigger then delivers One Winged Angel for the win.
Winner: Kenny Omega (Recommend)
Action Andretti vs. Invictus Khash
Action Andretti & Invictus Khash lock up to kick this match off before they exchange submissions before Khash delivers a snapmare and a chop. Andretti delivers a tijeras and a tornado DDT off the ropes then delivers several rapid fire chops in the corner.
Khash fires off a series of right hands, but Andretti fires back with a jawbreaker, a flying elbow, and a lariat. He follows it up with a backbreaker and a neckbreaker, then sends Khash to the outside and delivers a tope suicida.
He hits another one, then gets him back in the ring, and follows it up with a thrust kick. He then delivers running shooting star press for the win

Marina Shafir vs. Angelina Risk
Marina Shafir targets Angelina Risk’s ankle before Risk fires off several right hands. Shafir delivers a back breaker then locks in a shoulder and arm submission for the win.

We then head to a video of Julia Hart discussing her journey in AEW and how the House Of Black has helped her.
Parker Boudreaux vs. Gus De La Vega
Parker Boudreaux sends Gus De La Vega to the mat. He delivers several right hands in the corner but De La Vega fires back with a boot. He looks for a crossbody but Boudreaux catches him and tosses him onto the top turnbuckle. He hits a jumping knee then delivers a knee to De La Vega’s jaw and a back suplex side slam for the win.

Trios Match
Spanish Announce Project vs. Jay Marti,Jarrett Diaz & Richard Adonis
Match starts off with Angelico & Jarrett Diaz lock up then they exchange submissions before Serpentico tags in and delivers a chop. He follows it up with a hurricanrana and a dropkick then tags in Luther. Luther beats him down, then tags Serpentico back in.
Chaos Project double team on Diaz before Diaz delivers an uppercut to Serpentico. Richard Adonis tags in and delivers a suplex. Jay Marti tags in and beats him down. Diaz tags back in and Serpentico nails him with a thrust kick.
Adonis & Luther tag in. Luther delivers a lariat and a bodyslam, then tags in Serpentico. Serpentico beats down Adonis before Angelico tags in and locks in the Navarro Death Roll for the win.
Winners By Submission: Spanish Announce Project
After the match Tony Schiavone gets in the ring and announces that Angelico & Serpentico are the new Spanish commentators for Dynamite & also that their group name is Spanish Announce Project
Julia Hart vs. Sahara Seven
Julia Hart delivers a thrust kick. She follows it up with a back elbow and several sledgehammer shots across Sahara Seven’s back then locks in Hartless for the win.

Tag Team Match
Jeff Jarrett & Satnam Singh vs. Rosario Grillo & Dean Alexander
Satnam Singh charges at Dean Alexander in the corner. He delivers a crossbody, then tags in Jeff Jarrett. Jarrett delivers a series of stomps before Rosario Grillo tags in and Jarrett delivers a right hand across his spine. He follows it up with a lariat then tags Singh back in. Singh delivers a big boot then delivers a chokeslam. Jarrett tags in and delivers The Stroke for the win.

After the match Tony Schiavone then enters the ring and Jarrett addresses AEW World Tag Team Champions The Acclaimed & Billy Gunn. He says he,Singh,Jay Lethal & Sonjay Dutt will beat them and win the AEW World Tag Team Titles.
Tag Team Match
The Wingmen vs. Midnight Tribe
Ryan Nemeth & Jake St. Patrick begin this match by locking up then Nemeth fires off several right hands, then delivers an eye rake and tags in Peter Avalon. Avalon delivers a back elbow, before St Patrick gets in some offence. Avalon levels him then tags in Nemeth.
Nemeth pins St Patrick but St Patrick kicks out. St Patrick delivers an enziguri then tags in Sage Scott. Scott delivers a belly 2 belly suplex, then goes for a pin. Avalon breaks the fall before Nemeth delivers Hunk Of Love for the win.
Winners: The Wingmen
Kip Sabian vs. Caleb Konley
Kip Sabian delivers a kick, then goes for a pin. Caleb Konley kicks out as Sabian acts as maestro for the crowd. Konley trips Sabian, then slingshots himself back into the ring. They exchange elbow strikes before Sabian delivers a headbutt. Konley fires back with a rolling elbow, then charges at Sabian.
Sabian delivers a kick that sends Konley to the outside, then delivers a kick off the apron. He follows it up with a moonsault then tosses him back in the ring and delivers a missile dropkick. He delivers a cannonball in the corner, followed by a twisting neckbreaker for the win.

Non Title Match
TBS Champion Jade Cargill vs. Dream Girl Ellie
If Dream Girl Ellie wins she gets a TBS Title Match
Jade Cargill wastes no time as she sends Dream Girl Ellie to the mat then whips her into the corner and follows it up with an uppercut. She delivers a forearm followed by a fallaway slam and a pump kick then delivers Jaded for the win.
Winner: TBS Champion Jade Cargill (Since Dream Girl Ellie lost she doesn’t get a TBS Title Match)
Ricky Starks vs. Cezar Bononi
Ricky Starks delivers a boot to Cezar Bononi’s midsection. Bononi fires back with a shoulder tackle then whips him into the corner and fires off a series of boots and right hands. Starks delivers a tornado DDT then a Spear for the win.
Winner: Ricky Starks
After the match Starks grabs a mic and says last Wednesday didn’t go as planned but he has a lot on his mind that he will be sharing on tomorrow night’s Dynamite. He promises it will be absolutely great because he is “Absolute” Ricky Starks.
