On Wednesday afternoon, AEW announced the signing of indy wrestler Will Hobbs. Hobbs has appeared on episodes of Dynamite and Dark as well as at All Out in the Casino Battle Royale.
Lastwordonsports.com noted the following about Hobbs’ career in wrestling:
“Hobbs trained at the APW Boot Camp under trainers Michael Modest, Donovan Morgan, and Frank Murdoch, and made his debut with All Pro Wrestling (APW) in July of 2009 in a Battle Royal for the #1 Contendership for the APW Worldwide Internet Championship.”
Hobbs continued to wrestle for various West Coast-based promotions throughout the past decade.
