According to PWInsider.com, the U.K. is one of the countries set to start airing WWE content in January. Netflix UK has added placeholder pages for every weekly show and WWE PLE, with the start year of each PLE.
The report also noted that the release dates for the PLEs are set for Wednesday, January 1, while NXT is listed for Tuesday, January 7, and Smackdown is listed for Friday, January 10. There’s no word yet on how and if the January 3 episode of WWE Smackdown will be available in the country, as TNT Sport’s contract with the company is expected to expire on Tuesday, December 31.
There are reportedly no pages for WCW, ECW PPVs, or NXT TakeOver events.
