During Monday night’s episode of WWE RAW on Netflix, Lyra Valkyria defeated Damage CTRL’s Dakota Kai in the finals of the Women’s Intercontinental Championship tournament to become the inaugural WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion. Valkyria got the win over Kai after hitting her with the Nightwing finisher.
Shortly following the show, RAW General Manager Adam Pearce took to his official Twitter (X) account and congratulated Valkyria on her huge title win.
Pearce wrote, “Honored to witness history firsthand tonight in San Jose. Congratulations to the very first Women’s Intercontinental Champion, @Real_Valkyria!”
