Hulk Hogan faced a mixed reception from fans and celebrities at WWE Raw in Los Angeles last week, with many expressing their disapproval of the WWE Hall of Famer. The reaction stems from significant backlash Hogan has faced since 2015, when a leaked audio recording revealed him making racist remarks, including the use of racial slurs and derogatory comments about Black people.

The controversy was evident in the crowd’s response during the event. Actor O’Shea Jackson Jr. shared in an interview on Sway’s Universe that he was among those who booed Hogan, alongside comedian Eric Andre and rapper Wale.

“I was one of them,” Jackson confirmed. “I’ll show you the video. Me, Eric Andre, and Wale were giving it to him.”

Explaining his reaction, Jackson added, “The racism, bro. It’s just hard to forget how detailed that rant was. If you look up his rant, it’s very detailed… Bringing him out here, what did you think was gonna happen? We heard the music, and it was like, oh, hold on. They let him have it, and that’s a pivotal moment in wrestling history. I’m glad I was there.”

Despite the backlash, Hogan is reportedly scheduled to appear at Saturday Night’s Main Event in San Antonio, TX, suggesting WWE continues to feature the Hall of Famer despite the ongoing criticism surrounding his past remarks.
