Top WWE NXT star Trick Williams, who lost the NXT Championship to Oba Femi on Tuesday night’s NXT New Year’s Evil special, spoke with DC 101 on a number of topics including WWE legend Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson appearing on Tuesday’s show in Los Angeles.
Williams said, “Who could have imagined The Rock being at NXT, ever. NXT, especially over the past two or three years, we’ve raised NXT to new heights. You never know what you’re going to see on a Tuesday night. I love it.”
