According to Fightful Select, top Japanese promotions such as NJPW, TJPW, Marigold, AJPW, and NOAH have shown significant interest in some of the U.K.’s breakout stars. Several of those stars from the European wrestling scene have been contacted regarding possible excursions to Japan in 2025.
The report also mentioned that the stars include two top champions in Europe, although the specific names were not mentioned. Europe has reportedly been a recruiting bed for stars such as Will Ospreay, Zack Sabre Jr., Robbie X, and more.
The report then notes that sources have said more tours and collaborative events are expected between European promotions in 2025, and several big names are currently in talks for appearances in the U.K. and Ireland in early 2025.
