WWE is planning to have “The Best In The World” CM Punk face Seth Rollins at next year’s WrestleMania 41 event in Las Vegas, Nevada, according to WRKD Wrestling.
There is no word yet on if this will just be a singles match, a stipulation match or a championship match, but updates will be provided once it becomes available.
Punk and Rollins have been at each other’s throats ever since The Second City Saint made his shocking return to WWE at last year’s Survivor Series PLE.
The two were initially set to clash at WrestleMania XL, but an injury to Punk in the Royal Rumble kept him sidelined until August, with his first singles match back being against Drew McIntyre at SummerSlam.
