TNA Wrestling held television tapings on Sunday following this past Saturday’s Slammiversary PPV for future episodes of their flagship show. Here are the spoilers, courtesy of Fightful:
XPLOSION:
– First Class’ Rich Swann defeated Reverso.
IMPACT SHOW 1:
– TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth cuts a promo about being a fighting champion who will defend the title in any company. Mustafa Ali comes out and complains about his loss at Slammiversary being a screwjob, then says he was announcing his candidacy for the World Championship. Nemeth was willing to have the match tonight, but Ali said next week and they fought.
– Steve Maclin defeated Cody Deaner.
– First Class’ AJ Francis defeated Sami Callihan. Rich Swann distracted the referee and Joshua Bishop attacked Sami Callihan, which led to Francis securing the win.
– Hammerstone and Ash by Elegance defeated Eric Young and Knockouts World Champion Jordynne Grace.
– “The Walking Weapon” Josh Alexander cuts a promo saying he couldn’t wait to get back to Toronto, then stopped as he was about to explain his actions in the Slammiversary main event.
– TNA World Tag Team Champion ABC (Chris Bey and Ace Austin) and “Broken” Matt Hardy defeated The System (Brian Myers, Eddie Edwards and JDC). Moose and Joe Hendry were involved in the match.
– PCO and Steph De Lander had their wedding ceremony which was officiated by Santino Marella. Rhino and Xia Brookside were present for the wedding. They read their vows and AJ Francis came out, but just wanted to witness. Matt Cardona tried to stop the wedding, but De Lander didn’t want to go.
XPLOSION:
– Tasha Steelz defeated Gisele Shaw.
IMPACT SHOW 2:
– The Rascalz (Trey Miguel, Zachary Wentz and Wes Lee) defeated KUSHIDA and Speedball Mountain (“Speedball” Mike Bailey and Trent Seven).
– Rosemary defeated Kristara.
– “The Walking Weapon” Josh Alexander refused to come out for a promo so Gia Miller spoke to him backstage. He said he was looking after himself from now on.
– Frankie Kazarian defeated Ryan Nemeth. Josh Alexander attacked Nemeth after the match.
– Gia Miller interviewed Joe Hendry.
– Jody Threat defeated Knockouts World Tag Team Champion Masha Slamovich.
– Mike Santana defeated Campaign Singh.
– Nic Nemeth (c) defeated Mustafa Ali to retain his TNA World Championship. Alexander came out to the stage after the match.
DARK MATCH:
– PCO defeated The System’s Moose in a Casket Match.
