CMLL recently announced the first ten competitors of their upcoming Grand Prix tournament, which will see five stars from Mexico battling it out against five top stars from other promotions. Talents representing Mexico include Templario, Místico, Titán, Ultimo Guerrero, and reigning ROH World TV Champion Atlantis Jr., while talents representing the other promotions include Rocky Romero, AEW’s Kyle Fletcher, Ikuro Kuon of CONTRA, Flip Gordon, and RevPro’s Robbie X.
The 2024 CMLL Men’s Grand Prix Tournament will begin at the CMLL show on Friday, August 23rd at Arena Mexico in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico. Additional tournament participants will be announced over the next few days.
