Former WWE star Mideon recently appeared on an episode of the Six Feet Under podcast, where he talked about a number of topics including Ultimate Warrior changing his real name to Warrior.
Mideon said, “I checked into a hotel room in San Francisco with Warrior next to me. He pulls out his credit card, and it says, ‘Mr. Warrior.’ I was like, ‘Are you f***ing serious?’ But seriously, we all knew Jim.”
On Henry O. Godwinn:
“We were doing these country weapon matches as the Godwins. And you know, we laid s**t in. In my opinion, Henry is one of the most underrated workers of all time. I was a great bumper. He was a great worker.”
On the Road Warriors and asking management for the Godwins to calm down in the ring:
“We might be the only people that the Road Warriors went to the office and asked the office to ask us to calm it down a little bit. We were hitting them too hard, yeah. And then I heard that, and I was like, ‘Joe, what’s up?’ He goes, ‘Yeah, what’s your record?’ I go record. I said, ‘This shit isn’t a real buddy.’”
