An upcoming documentary featuring AEW World Heavyweight Champion Swerve Strickland is something fans can expect.
According to Deadline, a new documentary will focus on Strickland’s partnership with rapper Flash Garments after his WWE release in late 2022 and around the time Garments was let go from Kanye West’s crew, where they collaborated to produce a new theme song for Strickland in AEW.
Kenny and Keith Lucas (Judas and the Black Messiah) will produce the project, along with Mookie Thompson. It is unclear when the documentary will be released or how fans will be able to view it.
All Elite Wrestling has confirmed that Strickland will appear on this week’s Dynamite for a face-to-face segment with Will Ospreay, ahead of his title defense against the International Champion on June 30 at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
Strickland defeated Samoa Joe to win the AEW Dynasty championship, which he defended the following month against Christian Cage at Double Or Nothing.
