Ace Steel Looks Back On His Time Coaching At The WWE Performance Center

Former AEW star and CM Punkโ€™s close friend Ace Steel recently appeared on Developmentally Speaking, where he talked about a number of topics including his time coaching at the WWE Performance Center.

Steel said, โ€œI loved working at the Performance Center. I love coaching more than I love wrestling โ€ฆ I love it because I get to hand everything that Iโ€™ve got โ€” every little trick of the trade โ€” to someone and hope that it works out for them. It might not always work out.โ€

On being able to work with the coaches there:

โ€œI got to work with the top coaches in the world. Never in my wildest dreams would I think Iโ€™d be working with Robbie Brookside, one of the best British wrestlers ever, or Norman Smiley, another phenomenal wrestler, and that eventually turned into working with Terry Taylor, Fit Finlay, Steve Corino.โ€

On producing as well as coaching:

โ€œI love the fact that [I can be] training with someone for how many ever weeks and [take what we worked on] and put that in the match.โ€
