As previously reported by PWMania.com, WWE legend Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was announced as the newest member of TKO’s Board of Directors, which will see The People’s Champion help promote the WWE brand going forward and as part of his deal with TKO. The Great One also received full ownership over his name “The Rock.”
PWInsider.com reports that a big staff meeting was recently held at the WWE headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. The meeting consisted of WWE President Nick Khan, Chief Content Officer Triple H and The Rock.
It was also mentioned that the meeting was delayed by a few hours, and lasted for only 20 minutes with all three executives speaking. Paul Heyman was also reportedly spotted at WWE HQ, but he was not involved in the meeting.
The People’s Champion did his entire “spiel” during the meeting, which the company’s employees loved it and popped for.
