WWE star “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes has been placed as one of the company’s top stars since he made his surprise return to the WWE at WrestleMania 38 and Rhodes will continue to be a top star in the company moving forward as word of The American Nightmare having a new contract being put in place starting making the rounds a few days ago and now a new report mentions that Rhodes will be remaining with the company for some time.

It was reported on the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Rhodes re-signed with the WWE back in October, a deal that is expected to be worth more money than his previous contract and if that is the case.

The American Nightmare joins other top stars like WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio, Charlotte Flair, Bayley, “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio and Zelina Vega as talents who have recently re-signed with WWE.

2024 will be a huge free agency year in professional wrestling, but Rhodes looks to remain in WWE and finish his story with Roman Reigns.
