WWE veteran “The Viper” Randy Orton has had his “Voices” theme music for several years now, but it all could have been taken away from him.
Fightful Select reports that WWE management and Orton had talks ahead of the December 8th episode of SmackDown about a potential change to his “Voices” theme music.
It was mentioned in the report that Orton’s entrance theme would not have been the new Rev Theory version, but the song would have been altered in some way.
The report also states that the idea was ultimately shot down. WWE was adamant about having Orton’s original theme music for his first few appearances back following his return at Survivor Series.
Orton has since “signed” with SmackDown and is currently in a feud with the Bloodline. He is expected to face Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion at the 2024 Royal Rumble Event.
