According to PWInsider.com, WWE is set to return to the mecca of sports entertainment Madison Square Garden in New York City on Tuesday, December 26 for a live event.
Talents currently advertised for the show include “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth “Freakin” Rollins, “The Man” Becky Lynch, The Judgment Day (WWE Women’s World Champion “The Eradicator” Rhea Ripley, Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Finn Balor and “Senior Money In The Bank” Damian Priest and WWE NXT North American Champion “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio), WWE Intercontinental Champion “The Ring General” GUNTHER and the New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods).
As of this writing, no matches have been announced for the show, but match announcements are expected to happen soon.
MSG has been the home of WWE for quite some time and it has been synonymous with the company ever since the first WrestleMania was held there. The legendary venue also held WrestleMania X and WrestleMania XX.
