The following results are from Saturday’s MLW Fightland event at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania:
– The Second Gear Crew (1 Called Manders and Matthew Justice) def. The Calling (Rickey Shane Page and AKIRA) (c) in a Ladder Match to become the new MLW World Tag Team Champions.
– Matt Cardona def. Mance Warner in a Loser Leaves Major League Wrestling Match.
– Mascara Dorada and Ichiban def. Rocky Romero and Barbaro Cavernario in a Lucha Rules Tag Team Match.
– Alex Kane (c) def. Jacob Fatu to retain his MLW World Heavyweight Championship. After the match, Matt Cardona, “Filthy” Tom Lawlor and other members of World Titan Federation attacked Alex Kane from behind. Josh Bishop then made his way out to take out additional members of Bomaye Fight Club. The lights then went out in the arena, which led to Alex Hammerstone appearing, but aligning with World Titan Federation to attack Jacob Fatu as the show came to a close.
