According to a new report from Fightful Select, the Megasus, Megan Bayne, is under contract with All Elite Wrestling and has been for months.
AEW sent the 25-year-old prospect to work in Japan several months back to refine her work. As of this summer, AEW had no significant creative plans for her.
Bayne, whose real name is Megan Doheny, got her start and debuted in OVW in 2017. Since then, she has made a name for herself on the independent wrestling scene and has wrestled for several promotions. She has been wrestling in Japan for Stardom since the end of July this year.
Bayne was regularly used on AEW Dark and Dark: Elevation, but has not been on TV for quite some time now.
