IMPACT Wrestling executive Scott D’Amore recently took part in a Press Pass media call, where he talked about a number of topics including how it was already in their plans since early 2023 for the company to revert back to their TNA name.
D’Amore said, “This was first formulated early in 2023. The circle kept expanding as the year went on about who was inside that circle and in the know. I remember having this conversation earlier in the year and saying, ‘it’s a miracle if we see spring without this getting out.’ The fact that it was kept under wraps until that night, to me, is truly special. It’s a testament to the individuals we have in this company, on camera and behind the scenes. It meant a lot to everybody to create that special moment.”
