WWE is looking to sign a top talent in 2024 to add to its already stacked main roster across RAW and SmackDown.
Will Ospreay is that star, and he has a big decision to make when his contract with New Japan Pro Wrestling expires in early 2024. Many promotions, including WWE, AEW, and Impact Wrestling, are expected to bid for his services.
Ospreay defeated Mike Bailey at the Impact Wrestling Bound for Glory pay-per-view event on Saturday.
As PWMania.com previously reported, Ospreay stated in a recent interview that he is open to any and all possibilities, including WWE.
Dave Meltzer stated on Wrestling Observer Radio that WWE is interested in Ospreay.
Meltzer said, “He made more comments as far as his future. I know some stuff. I know WWE is absolutely after him, and he is absolutely going to listen to WWE. there’s a lot of different things….He’s going now for the best offer. He’s got a family…..He’s got Barry Bloom representing him. WWE is very, very interested in him. Everyone is, and they should be. It will be interesting to see who gets him.”
