It’s possible that Vince McMahon is no longer involved in WWE storylines.
McMahon stepped down last year and returned to power a few months ago, working remotely and overseeing the big picture with creative. This year, Triple H has been in charge of the majority of the creative, but there have been times when things on TV appeared to come directly from McMahon.
According to PWInsider, the word around WWE is that McMahon is no longer involved in the creative side of things. It was stated that wrestlers and company employees believe Paul “Triple H” Levesque has been “knighted” by Endeavor and will be driving 99.9% of the creative going forward. Although this hasn’t been 100% confirmed, several employees believe it is the case.
During the post-show press conference for WWE Fastlane, Triple H discussed the positive atmosphere backstage and how everyone is working together to move the company forward. PWInsider confirmed that the atmosphere backstage is fantastic, with no reports of conflicts.
