Kairi Sane competed for the WWE from 2016-2021 before leaving the company before the start of 2022 when her contract expired, and it was decided at the time that she would not be renewing her contract.
Sane then competed in Japan, most notably with STARDOM, where she climbed to the top of the company’s ranks. She would also become the inaugural IWGP Women’s Champion for NJPW before dropping the title to Mercedes Moné after 90 days.
PWMania.com previously reported that the former WWE NXT Women’s Champion and Kabuki Warrior member has come to an agreement with the WWE that will see her return to the company soon and the expected timeframe for her WWE return is sometime in November.
WWE insider Boozer Rasslin, who has broken a number of WWE stories in the past, recently provided an update on Sane.
A fan asked, ”Is Kairi really sign with the company and timeline she about to show up in WWE?” The insider replied, ‘Showing up soon.”
