Adam Cole is not on the AEW WrestleDream card in Seattle.
Cole was injured last week while running to the ring to assist MJF during his match against Samoa Joe, as many of you saw. Cole was injured when he leapt from the entrance ramp to the ringside floor.
Cole and MJF appeared on Dynamite this week, and the injury was discussed.
Cole stated that his ankle exploded, he tore ligaments, and he will need surgery. Cole was about to announce that they were relinquishing the tag titles when MJF interrupted and said that he would defend them in a handicap match at the pay-per-view.
