The September 15 episode of AEW Rampage was taped Wednesday night at the Heritage Bank Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. Here are spoilers, courtesy of PWInsider.com:
– The Lucha Brothers (Penta El Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix) and The Hardys (Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy) def. Jeff Jarrett, Jay Lethal, The Butcher and The Blade in an 8-Man Tag Team Match.
– The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett) def. Christopher Daniels and Matt Sydal in a Tag Team Match.
– AEW Trios World Champions The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens and Max Caster) and “Daddy Ass” Billy Gunn def. Peter Avalon and The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum). After the match, Dark Order made their way out and challenged AEW Trios World Champions The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens and Max Caster) and “Daddy Ass” Billy Gunn to a title match. They went back and forth and it ended with Anthony Bowens agreeing to face one of the Dark Order on Collision this Saturday.
– Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis) def. Lord Crewe and Damian Chambers in a Tag Team Match.
– Kris Statlander (c) def. Jade Cargill to retain her AEW TBS Championship. After the match, they showed respect for each other.
