Following the unexpected death of Bray Wyatt (Windham Rotunda), WWE may alter its plans for tonight’s SmackDown on FOX.

Following Wyatt’s tragic death on Thursday, WWE insider Boozer Rasslin stated that “everything is scrapped” and “all meetings are off until further notice,” and that “everything is on pause right now.”

“Everything being focused for Windham’s family,” the update stated.

WWE is still advertising a standard SmackDown from the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, KY as of this writing. The preview can be found by clicking here. At the very least, SmackDown will likely begin with graphics honoring Wyatt and WWE Hall of Famer Terry Funk, who died on Wednesday. There are expected to be additional tributes tonight, but there is no word on what they will be.

Wyatt died unexpectedly on Thursday at the age of 36, as PWMania.com previously reported. He reportedly died of a heart attack after a COVID-19 infection exacerbated his heart problems earlier this year.
