One of the legends of pro wrestling received his flowers on Saturday night.
At the AEW Collision on TNT show on Saturday night in Greenville, S.C., CM Punk and FTR paid homage to a pro wrestling tag-team legend.
After the weekly two-hour AEW on TNT Saturday night program went off the air, “The Best in the World” and the AEW World Tag-Team Championship duo of Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler honored one-half of The Midnight Express.
“Loverboy” Dennis Condrey was brought into the ring by the “Real” AEW World Champion and the tag champs who use the old Midnight Express-style entrance music after the show went off the air.
