As PWMania.com previously reported, an injury angle with Kevin Owens took place on WWE RAW this week.
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Owens had been working “for some time with a fractured rib” and the attack by Judgment Day was intended to give him time off to heal.
It’s unclear how the tag team title situation with Sami Zayn will be resolved, despite the fact that Owens is “not supposed to be out for a lengthy period.”
According to Meltzer, the tag team titles will not be defended at the 2023 WWE Summerslam PLE.
