Over the last few weeks, mystery man videos have been played at NJPW events and today we found out the mystery man is Yota Tsuji.
Yota Tsuji, who has been on his excursion since 2021, made his return to NJPW at Wrestling Dontaku 2023 and made his presence known immediately.
After SANADA successfully defended his IWGP World Heavyweight Title against Hiromu Takahashi, the other members of Just Five Guys entered the ring to celebrate with SANADA. After his music began playing, Tsuji hit the ring and took out all Just Five Guys before hitting a devastating spear on SANADA. Tsuji let it be known that he wants to be the next challenger for SANADA and the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship. SANADA was quick to accept the challenge.
Yota Tsuji also revealed he is the newest member of the Los Ingobernables de Japon faction which is led by Tetsuya Naito.
