AJPW Champion Carnival 2023 Night 3 Results (4/15/2023)

The All Japan Pro-Wrestling Champion Carnival 2023 held it’s 3rd night of the tournament on April 15th at the Nagoya International Conference Center in Nagoya, Japan.

The main event of the show saw Suwama defeat Manabu Soya in a hard fought battle. This was the first loss for Soya in the tournament.

Cyrus scored a huge win over last year’s Champion Carnival winner Yuma Aoyagi, who also suffered his first loss of the tournament.

PWMania.com asked Cyrus how important it was for him to defeat last year’s Champion Carnival winner Yuma Aoyagi. Here is how he responded:

“I feel that it was extremely important. It puts momentum on my side and in some ways an upper hand on the other contenders due to the fact I was his first defeat in the carnival this year.”

Cyrus was also asked about his next opponent Ryuki Honda who suffered a loss to Kento Miyahara on Night 3 of the Champion Carnival 2023:

“I know he will be hungry but I never overlook an opponent!”

In a shocking turn of events, Satoshi Kojima remained winless in the tournament as he was defeated by T-Hawk.
