During today’s Full Gear media call, AEW President Tony Khan announced that the AEW World Championship Eliminator Tournament will not conclude at Full Gear.
Ethan Page is currently awaiting his opponent in the tournament finals, as Ricky Starks will face Lance Archer on Friday’s Rampage episode. The match between Ricky and Lance was rescheduled due to Starks’ legitimate injury, which was not medically cleared in time.
The winner of that match will face Brian Cage during AEW Full Gear’s Zero Hour. The Full Gear winner will advance to the finals on Wednesday, November 23 in Chicago, Illinois, to face Page and determine who will challenge for the World Championship.
AEW World Heavyweight Champion Jon Moxley vs. MJF, AEW Interim Women’s World Champion Toni Storm vs. Jamie Hayter, ROH World Champion Chris Jericho vs. Bryan Danielson vs. Sammy Guevara vs. Claudio Castagnoli, and Saraya vs. Britt Baker are among the top matches on the Full Gear card.
