The KOPW 2022 match stipulation is now set for the NJPW Rumble On 44th Street event scheduled for October 28th.
The current provisional KOPW 2022 Champion Shingo Takagi will defend against El Phantasmo in a New York City Street Fight as confirmed by NJPW. There will be no disqualifications, no countouts and anything goes in this match. A winner can only be determined by pinfall or submission.
Both Takagi and Phantasmo suggested potential stipulations for this match.
Takagi suggested a Last Daddy Standing Match while Phantasmo asked for a NYC Street Fight.
A fan poll was conducted that saw Phantasmo’s stipulation win by gaining 56.1% of the vote vs. 43.9% for Takagi’s requested stipulation.
