The official name of the fan experience that will be held in conjunction with WrestleMania 39 will be WWE’s WrestleMania Fan Experience, rather than WrestleMania Axxess, according to the hospitality partner of WWE, On Location.
The various packages offered by On Location come with a number of additional perks for the WrestleMania Fan Experience. These perks include your very own dedicated entrance to the fan event as well as access to the Premium Lounge while you are attending the event.
In the past, WWE held their Axxess events from Thursday through Sunday, and sometimes even into Monday. However, the WrestleMania Fan Experience that will be held in Hollywood next year will take place over a shorter period of time. The fan event that will take place in 2023 will take place on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
The first ever WrestleMania fan event was held by WWE in 1988 in conjunction with WrestleMania IV. The very first WrestleMania Axxess event took place in the year 2000, and by the year 2002, the convention had grown to become a three-day event. Following the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, WWE decided to cancel the traditional Axxess events. Earlier this year, for WrestleMania 38, they replaced the traditional Axxess with a Superstore Axxess event that included Superstar Panels and other experiences, but on a smaller scale than in the past. The 2022 event took place from Thursday to Monday at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, and included the unveiling of a statue of WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker.
In the coming months, it is expected that WWE will reveal all of the information regarding the WrestleMania Fan Experience.
The go-home SmackDown for WrestleMania 39 will take place at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Friday, March 31, marking the beginning of WrestleMania 39 Week. WrestleMania Hollywood will take place at SoFi Stadium on Saturday, April 1, and Sunday, April 2, respectively. The RAW following WrestleMania will take place on April 3 from the Crypto.com Arena. The WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony will also take place during that week; however, the specifics of the event have not been disclosed as of this writing. There has been no announcement made regarding whether or not the Hall of Fame and SmackDown will be merged together like they were this year.
