Eddie Kingston recently challenged Nick Aldis to a match for the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship. Aldis saw the challenge and responded via Twitter on Sunday. Kingston has also challenged Cody Rhodes for the AEW TNT Championship. Cody has yet to respond though.
Aldis says he’s game for a match, responding with the following, “And I want a challenge, so let’s do business.”
For what it’s worth, the NWA is currently not running live events due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Also, their Vice President, David Lagana, has had some sexual misconduct allegations levied against him and has departed the promotion. For what it’s worth, Lagana denies all the allegations against him:
