– Regarding the status of the WWE brand split, Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com noted that “right now there is a concept of another draft type of thing to build permanent RAW and Smackdown rosters.” WWE is reportedly trying to keep plans quiet with USA and FOX being the first to know about the direction. The belief is that WWE will reinforce the brand split at least to some degree once Smackdown debuts on FOX.
